Shipping Policy (JahiKala OΓ)

β οΈ IMPORTANT: Free shipping does not apply to smokers or grills.
1. Order processing & delivery times
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- whether the item is in stock or ordered from a supplier;
- product location (local warehouse, supplier or central warehouse);
- destination (Estonia or other countries);
- delivery method (parcel locker or courier).
Delivery within Estonia usually takes 1β3 business days. Items ordered from a supplier or central warehouse may take longer, up to 3β15 business days.
Orders placed at least 2 hours before the Tartu store closing time may be dispatched the same day, if items are in stock and the order can be packed.
In some cases, delivery may take longer, for example:
- oversized items that do not fit parcel lockers;
- destination-related or logistics-related reasons;
- orders that include items with different delivery times.
If there is a delay, for example if supplier delivery takes longer, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
2. Delivery methods & shipping cost
We deliver via Omniva, DPD and SmartPost parcel lockers and courier services. Available delivery options and prices are shown in the cart and at checkout.
Oversized or heavier items may involve additional costs. In that case, we will inform you before dispatch.
3. Split shipments
If an order contains items with different delivery times, it may arrive in multiple parcels.
JahiKala reserves the right to ship an order in separate consignments if this helps ensure faster delivery or is required for logistics reasons.
If split shipments cause additional shipping costs, for example due to shipping from different locations, JahiKala may adjust the shipping fee. We will notify you before dispatch.
4. Free shipping & partial returns
Free shipping applies when the order meets the online storeβs free delivery conditions, such as the minimum order value or campaign terms.
If free shipping eligibility is lost due to a partial return, JahiKala may deduct the original shipping cost that would have applied without free shipping from the refund amount.
