Asseri IceForce Pro 65 mm is a geared ice-fishing reel designed for vertical jigging with spoons, balance lures and other ice baits. Its 3+1 bearings support smooth operation, while the 2,8 : 1 gear ratio means that the spool turns 2,8 times for each handle turn, retrieving a rig from deep water faster than a conventional 1:1 centrepin reel. The 65 mm spool reduces tight line coils and provides useful capacity for ice fishing. The reel weighs 190 g, adding stability to the mechanism but also affecting the balance of very light ice rods. The stated line capacity, 0,15 mm / 150 m, indicates the line diameter and length that fit on the spool. This is a vasaku-hand retrieve model. An adjustable magnetic brake and drop-speed control help present the lure at a selected depth. The FreeFall trigger releases the spool for a fast drop, while instant anti-reverse and a star drag provide control when fighting a fish.Share this product
