FAVORITE White Bird WBR1-732L-T is a 2.19 m spinning rod in which length, casting range and action are balanced for a specific style of fishing. White Bird is Favorite’s accessible micro-jig and light-jig range. A Skyflex 24T carbon blank, KR-layout guides and model-specific solid or tubular tips provide practical performance with small soft plastics. The 2.19 m length provides good manoeuvrability and lure control, making the rod useful from both boat and bank. The 3–12 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Fast action works mainly through the upper third of the rod. It is a strong compromise between sensitivity, hook-setting speed and fish control, suiting many active lure techniques. The tubular tip recovers quickly and handles a wider range of lure types, balancing sensitivity, casting performance and versatility. This model is best suited to light to medium jigging for perch and zander, plus smaller pike lures.
