Product details

FAVORITE Rapid RAPTZ-762L-T is a 2.29 m spinning rod whose specifications clearly define its most suitable use. Favorite Rapid is a high-sensitivity micro-jig series. Manufacturer information lists Toray 46T carbon and Fuji Torzite guides in titanium frames to reduce weight and maintain a very quick response. The 2.29 m length provides a strong balance of casting distance and lure control, especially for versatile bank fishing. The 2.5–10 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Fast action works mainly through the upper third of the rod. It is a strong compromise between sensitivity, hook-setting speed and fish control, suiting many active lure techniques. The tubular tip recovers quickly and handles a wider range of lure types, balancing sensitivity, casting performance and versatility. This model is best suited to light jig and lure fishing for perch, trout, chub and smaller pike.
