Product details
FAVORITE Black Swan BSW1-722UL-HS is a 2.18 m spinning rod selected for a defined fishing style and load range. Black Swan is a premium Favorite range focused on lightweight, resonant and highly sensitive high-modulus carbon blanks. Component specifications vary by model, but the series is built to maximise lure feedback and bite detection. The 2.18 m length provides good manoeuvrability and lure control, making the rod useful from both boat and bank. The 0.8–6 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Extra-fast action means most of the bend is concentrated in the tip section. It provides crisp bottom contact, precise lure control and rapid hooksets, but rewards careful drag and line setup. A Hard Solid tip combines the bite detection of a solid insert with a stiffer, quicker response for more active manipulation of finesse lures. This model is best suited to light jig and lure fishing for perch, trout, chub and smaller pike.Share this product
