Product details
FAVORITE Black Swan BSW1-982M-T is a 2.98 m spinning rod in which length, casting range and action are balanced for a specific style of fishing. Black Swan is a premium Favorite range focused on lightweight, resonant and highly sensitive high-modulus carbon blanks. Component specifications vary by model, but the series is built to maximise lure feedback and bite detection. The 2.98 m length provides maximum casting range and strong line control on open banks, large lakes or rivers. The 6–21 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Fast action works mainly through the upper third of the rod. It is a strong compromise between sensitivity, hook-setting speed and fish control, suiting many active lure techniques. The tubular tip recovers quickly and handles a wider range of lure types, balancing sensitivity, casting performance and versatility. This model is best suited to versatile zander and pike fishing with jigs, wobblers and metal lures.Share this product
