FAVORITE Blue Bird BB1-602XUL-S is a 1.83 m spinning rod whose specifications clearly define its most suitable use. Favorite describes Blue Bird as an affordable, professionally oriented micro-jig and light-jig range. Skyflex 30T blanks, anti-tangle KR-layout guides and model-specific solid or tubular tips support sensitive bottom contact. The 1.83 m length provides compact, precise handling from a boat, tight bank or during active lure work. The 0.5–3 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Extra-fast action means most of the bend is concentrated in the tip section. It provides crisp bottom contact, precise lure control and rapid hooksets, but rewards careful drag and line setup. The solid carbon tip is highly sensitive and visibly registers light bites, making it especially useful for finesse jig rigs and controlled near-bottom fishing. This model is best suited to ultralight and micro-jig fishing with small soft plastics, spoons and wobblers.
