The SKIF Jock folding knife is a representative of the new generation of Skif EDC knives introduced in 2022. This new generation stands out with a variety of variants differing in size (with blade lengths of 85 mm and 95 mm) and blade finishes (SW and BSW).

The Jock model features a wide blade with a high flat grind, providing excellent cutting performance. The blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, known for its good corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. Depending on the version, the blade comes with either a Stonewash or Black Stonewash finish to protect it from scratches and wear.

The knife opens using a thumb stud or a flipper. The flipper also acts as a finger guard, which is useful when applying more force during piercing tasks. A ball-bearing system ensures smooth and quick blade deployment.

The locking mechanism is a Liner Lock. Thanks to cutouts in the liner, the spring is easy to access, making closing the knife more convenient.

The handle is made of G10 to ensure a secure grip even when wearing gloves or in wet conditions. It features a deep-carry, reversible pocket clip that can be removed and installed on the opposite side if needed. There is also a lanyard hole at the back.

The SKIF Jock can be described as a typical everyday carry knife, especially useful in urban environments.
