Description
The smokehouse consists of two chambers – the lower section houses the wood-burning chamber, and the upper section is the meat chamber.
In a single-walled smokehouse, the smoke produced from burning wood passes directly through the meat chamber before exiting via the chimney.
For this type of smoker, it is important to use wood suitable for smoking, as the smoke comes into direct contact with the meat.
This is a cold smoke smokehouse, ideal for traditional smoking of meat, fish, and sausages.
