Product Description
This two-chamber smokehouse features a lower wood-burning chamber and an upper meat chamber.
Thanks to its double-walled construction, the smoke generated during wood combustion moves through the space between the walls and exits through the chimney. The combustion smoke does not come into contact with the meat, meaning it’s not necessary to use special smoking wood.
This is a hot-smoke type smokehouse, where smoke in the upper chamber is produced using wood chips, sawdust, or similar materials.
