Product details
SHIMANO Nexave EVA Fast is a 2.49 m spinning rod whose specifications clearly define its most suitable use. Shimano Nexave uses a lightweight full-carbon blank that offers quick response and forgiving fish-playing performance for its price. Seaguide XOG guides support clean line flow, making the range a strong first serious spinning rod. The 2.49 m length provides a strong balance of casting distance and lure control, especially for versatile bank fishing. The 21–56 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Fast action works mainly through the upper third of the rod. It is a strong compromise between sensitivity, hook-setting speed and fish control, suiting many active lure techniques. Two-piece construction is a strong compromise between natural rod action and manageable transport length. This model is best suited to heavier jigging, larger hardbaits and powerful pike or zander fishing.Share this product
