Product details
SHIMANO Stradic Eva FAST is a 2.03 m spinning rod in which length, casting range and action are balanced for a specific style of fishing. Shimano Stradic rods use lightweight multi-directional XSR carbon blanks with Diaflash reinforcement to improve power transfer and reduce twist. Fuji Alconite K/KR guides support smooth, accurate casting. The 2.03 m length provides good manoeuvrability and lure control, making the rod useful from both boat and bank. The 7–21 g casting range is the recommended total lure or rig weight. Inside this range the blank loads correctly, retains sensitivity and gives better lure control; the upper limit should not be exceeded. Fast action works mainly through the upper third of the rod. It is a strong compromise between sensitivity, hook-setting speed and fish control, suiting many active lure techniques. Two-piece construction is a strong compromise between natural rod action and manageable transport length. This model is best suited to versatile zander and pike fishing with jigs, wobblers and metal lures.Share this product
